EyeID.org provides a comprehensive resource for defense attorneys litigating identification cases. The site provides a repository of trial pleadings, expert transcripts and affidavits, training materials, a list of research articles, documentation on police procedures, and other resources to support litigation reform efforts in the area of eyewitness identification. The website is sponsored by the Eyewitness Identification Reform Litigation Network, a joint effort of the Innocence Project, the National Legal Aid & Defender Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia.
